I wish it would fit the eyelet kits

I gave 3 stars because it doesn't fit. I punched out the right size hole and it fell out right away. I have to tape it with double sided tape to keep it in the hole. Not cool, but all are. Of course, the 1 14/16 drill does not exist. If they were, it would be perfect. Like this. Make them with big notches or rubber ribs that hold them in place.

Standard but works

At $4 you can't get any better. My new iMovr table didn't have grommets so I bought them. The 3 1/8 size fits perfectly and they perform like any other desktop hub I've seen. I don't understand the reviewer who complained about the hole size. If the cake cutting holes you choose aren't big enough, you can just leave the insert out, SOP for grommets.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Very expensive

An excellent eyelet at an affordable price

Case exactly as shown. It was slightly less than the countertop depth, which was actually an advantage. The top of the grommet is easily removed, allowing you to pass cables with wider ends through and then slide them back into place. That made the easy opening look more professional, so I ordered two more for other desks in our office.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Available in white only

Perfect fit.: Eyelet Kits

I bought a new desk online which unbeknownst to me had circular cut outs on the top for cables to run through. These were 3" and 1/8" diameter holes so anything on the table could fall through. I really didn't need or want such great discoveries. So these Cordaway bushings worked and fit perfectly. The light gray matched the same color finish on the table legs that I chose. The opening hole works perfectly. It's very convenient to set up, although I don't need it myself. Very happy with this…

Sized right and good value for money

After reading many reviews of similar products, I found that a common problem was that the case was not the correct size. I ordered the 2" version and it fits snugly in the hole created by my 2" hole saw. I was a little worried that it wouldn't fit all the cables I needed to route, but it fits 4 power cables or ethernet gauge in the largest setting. Not sure which would be better. It's also nice that you can order one instead of multiple packs if you only need one.

Pros
  • Simple design
Cons
  • A few small things

At best, so-so. best in socket kits

was cheap enough that i could just about handle it. But the cable hole is absolutely adjustable. Available in three different sizes, all very small and not big enough for a computer. I ended up just pulling out the entire center section and just using the black bushing ring. It's also very disappointing that I drilled the 2" holes as required and they all don't fit properly. You really need a 1 15/16" or 1 7/8" hole. Not exactly standard sizes for a typical homeowner's hole saw set. But it's…

does not fit perfectly in a 2 " hole

The inner diameter of this plug is a little less than 2" which means it will dangle a bit in a true 2" hole. The problem with this is when cables pull on that side, they pull out of the hole or sit at an unsightly angle. I'll probably need to put some glue on this side to really get it stuck in my hole and not pull up See attached image to get an idea of what I'm faulting. Barring a poor fit, this is normal. But since the whole goal for me when purchasing it was to have an aesthetically…

Ideal as a 2 " grommet for power and data cables

As advertised. 2" hole saw and I measured and used a 2" hole saw with no problems. The part fits perfectly in a 2" hole. Perfect as a very inexpensive desktop hub for my computer and data cables. A good 1/4" hole. Even if you're not sure about your 2" hole, it will won't hit unless you cut a 2-1/2" hole. The top insert that snaps into the shell is in two pieces. The bottom has three different sized slots if you're really picky with your cables The top rotates to allow you to choose one of the…
