Overall, this toy is great if your bird can't unscrew wing nuts. The upper part is screwed with a wing nut. My macaw is great at spinning anything, he just takes off the top and gets a treat. Another downside is that sometimes pieces of food get stuck halfway between levels. They act like a wedge and prevent moving parts from moving.
