Crucial 8GB DDR4 2133MHz Memory - CT8G4DFS8213: High-Speed, Unbuffered DIMM 288-Pin RAM Review

Works great Dell XPS 8900 adds 2 x 8GB to fill memory slots. At the time of writing this review, this memory has the same specifications as the 8900 memory. The clock speed is 1066.7 MHz. Synchronization 15-15-15-36. Cheaper than Dell memory. I installed this memory directly from the Dell box prior to activation and the installer complained about the memory change and sent me to install it. I just finished the installation and rebooted the machine and went to the activation screen.

Who needs their ram to be bright and look like you could throw it across the room in a killer's eye in your window? The answer is no! It sits upright on the motherboard, and 99.99% of the time you'll only see the top anyway, unless you're the kind of person who actually takes your computer apart to show your friends each part one at a time. I wanted to add another 8GB of RAM to my system on top of the original 8GB because I'm constantly using 95% or more of physical RAM . The new memory card arrived in just 3 days when it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks.
