Good tool selection Hope I never need it

My bike (BMW R1200GS) did not come with a very complete tool kit. Instead of looking for everything I might need, I decided to pay someone else to do it. This set is of good quality but slightly cheaper than the competition (which could be better I don't know). It's a good BMW-specific choice and it's comfortable to roll. The whole set isn't very difficult either. It goes in the top box.

Pros
  • Handy item
Cons
  • Everything is fine

Great compact set of tools and equipment

Great compact set. Stores easily in the radio/glove box of my 2006 R1150RT-P. I brought my bike in for service at the recommended 32,000 miles and when he picked it up the mechanic mentioned how impressed he was with the CruzTool toolkit I was carrying. (This guy has been servicing BMW bikes for over 25 years.) My only gripe is that it doesn't have a flash/stylus. Will definitely be helpful. Otherwise a great tool set.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Useless features

Great emergency set with a lot of corrosion.

I bought this tool kit to carry around on long trips with my F850GSA and to make small adjustments and repairs at home as needed. The tools in this set seem to fit so far, with a few extra tools I've added for my specific bike model. I love how they are laid out and presented on a roll, as well as little extras like zip ties and tape. The only (significant!) downside would be a lot of corrosion, which I've encountered on almost all tools. ; even the ones I haven't used. I live in a humid areaโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Excellent fit for me
Cons
  • Strap

Great choice for BMW kit

This is a great kit for BMW bikes, it's almost any size you need. Torx keys and ring keys with reversible stars are also available in two sizes. High quality 4 in 1 screwdriver. I would feel a little more relaxed if there was another valve at the bottom of the reel. It seems that some things can fall out of the bottom of the reel as a rubber band wears out. If there was a bottom valve it wouldn't matter. Sprockets (especially small ones) can slip right out of the gum, and the roll of tape willโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • I will add later

Wiring kit - and I hope I don't need them

The tool kit I got from Revain is different from most CruzTOOLS RTB1 kits I see advertised - it's missing a flashlight and a small one Tube WD40 and so is really no place for them. Granted, it was also significantly less than $$ than the retail price, and I don't really feel short on these items since I already have a flashlight and a headlamp. In fact, I didn't even notice the difference until I cataloged what I have and what I might need. The kit itself is a nice addition to the minimal toolโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power
