Brush too short for bread pans

I was hoping to use this to grease bread and cake pans and while great for cake pans it is difficult to use on bread pans. The brush is too short. So if you try to tip them on their side to smear the wall of the baking pan, the metal disc portion of the baking brush (just below the handle) will scratch the pans. If the brush was longer it would be perfect.

Garbage not worth $1, I repeat, GARBAGE!

This is not, I repeat, NOT stainless steel, after first use the interior began to oxidize and discolor in many places. The handle on the brush does not tighten, it was removed upon delivery. The lid appears to be tin rather than stainless steel, the canister looks more like galvanized metal. The oxidation occurs when two dissimilar metals come into contact (contact corrosion of dissimilar metals), which proves that it is not stainless steel!

Nice metal jug, brush not effective

It's a good idea but something gets lost in its design. Think about how you use your pot and frying/grill brush. The bristles barely reach the bottom of the pot and the short brush is firmly attached to the metal lid. Imagine trying to scrub the inside of a pot with a brush, but it doesn't really do the trick and the metal lid rattles as you try. The pot is excellent and can be used with a longer separate brush. But then why buy? If I hadn't thrown away the packaging I would have sent it back.

Good concept! Poor quality materials!

Somebody must have come up with a great idea. I've been looking for something like this for a long time. And this product should get a 5 star rating if it weren't for the poor quality of the materials. The top lid and inner brush seem to be holding up well, but I can't say the same for the mug. Stainless steel is definitely not up to Cuisinart standards! It's already showing signs of wear (pitting) on the inside and it's only a matter of time before it starts leaking! A perfectly good idea…

The handle is too short for a hot grill. Great for smoking.

That's exactly what I wanted to pour over while grilling. I used a bowl and a long silicone brush. It is easy to clean and very durable. Should work fine except for one design flaw. If you use it for smoking, you probably won't have this problem. I recently used it on my Weber charcoal grill and because this handle is so short you have to move really fast on a very hot grill. The other day it was almost impossible to use on my super hot grill and all the hair on my arm fell out. If you're…

Nearly perfect. - BBQ and grilling accessories

I love this product. I like everything about it except that the brush doesn't go deep enough into the glass. I love the "brush built into the lid" thing, but I end up wasting more valuable sauce on this sauce pot than I'd like. You can tilt the pot to wipe it from the side. Or, I think, could stop being such a cheap fool. But to be honest, I get a little more pleasure with a large measuring cup and a regular roasting brush as I put the last drop on the meat. However, this method does not…

It's a cup, it's a spread and it works

I have a pellet smoker and sometimes I need to soak things like ribs and steaks. It works fairly well for this purpose, but there are a few cons to be aware of: Pros: - good size/capacity for storing mop sauces - stainless steel construction - silicone grease, easy to clean, doesn't leave stains Cons: - the grease itself is a bit small and doesn't hold much sauce, so it takes longer to wipe off the sauce. - The spread does not reach the bottom of the cup. When you get close to the leftovers you
