These are good quality forged hooks. But they are not flat on top or bottom. You can sand them down or just weld them on like I did. If you just want to screw them on without sanding and painting. Buy something else.

I bought two winch plates on my jeep. As another reviewer pointed out, they are not flat on level ground. I'll probably have to grind or sand them down before installing. If I needed more than two I wouldn't buy more.

Nothing more to say except that they are quite large and durable. I have three of these installed on my tractor bucket. Thought I'd try them for flinging small logs and anything I can think of for hooking them. They were a lot cheaper than other screw hook options.

I think. it's a tow hook. Is there anything that could go wrong? The product arrived in perfect condition, nothing scratched. Perfect fit for my Jeep Wrangler TJ. Have used it a few times and it's perfect. Great product at a great price with great shipping.

For under $10 this is a great hook. As a locksmith, I knew that if things are faked, they won't be perfect. As several people have commented, they are rounded. What I'm saying is you need a good flat hook in the $20 range. Forged hook for 10,000 lbs. for less than 10€ it's worth it for me and yes I spit too.

That's a catch. But very poorly made. It's like trying to mount a log. It is rounded at the top and bottom rather than flat. Looks terrible with the screw head hanging down on both sides. It may work, but it doesn't look like it. I sanded the top and bottom, repainted, and now it looks like I expected it to.

OK I know this is nothing for a lawn mower and way too expensive for my use. I screwed this into the hole in the back of my mower where the packing attachment would sit.
