Completely unsure. The best in kitchen and dining room

This product is quite dangerous. At first it didn't heat up to full temperature. After three weeks he began to overheat dangerously. No matter what settings, the device had a very high temperature. This morning while we slept he managed to warm up to an extremely high temperature. The smell of a burning snake filled our house and woke us up. The only way to cool it down was to turn the device off completely. We strongly recommend that you withdraw this from sale. Completely unsure.

Simple product, can't go wrong here

I turn the thing on MAX to grill the steaks on the outside. Cast iron is VERY hot. Using anything with oil will rub off the number labels on the dials fairly quickly, so make sure you learn the controls first before scrubbing it too hard. Totally unreliable product

I ordered two of these units on 29th November 2019, within a month one (end of December 2019) stopped working. Ordered as a replacement. Cusimax immediately sent me a replacement. I thought it was just a defective item. But now, "April 13, 2020", the other device doesn't work anymore and the new device I received in January 2020 also doesn't heat up as fast as before. It is very slow and not suitable for use. I also tried contacting their support team. no answer Very disappointed with this…

Works great! Perfect for the seasoned cook!

Heats up very quickly and removes grease with ease. I think there have been some reviews that have mentioned or complained that the dials are hot since they are metal. I was concerned about this at first, but personally I don't think they get incredibly hot within 15-30 minutes. My only feedback on this product is that the dials don't have much resistance, so it's easy to accidentally move it (like rubbing your hand on it [although you'd ask why that happens, but it does]). The on/off and temperature controls are just guesswork and I think it might pose a safety hazard.

Stainless steel knobs look elegant but don't give you a clear idea of the settings. Left button on/off, right button temperature. You can walk away from this thing when the device is on and the indicator light is off when the temperature dial is turned all the way up. - So you didn't actually turn anything off! You can move or wipe the temperature controller and let it heat up on its own after moving away from it. IF YOU DID IT RIGHT there would be 2 (two) indicator lights 1 power on or safe…

I got my stove about two weeks ago and have used it several times, am happy with everything. Heats up well and cooks evenly. I would like to answer some complaints in other reviews. First, with any product, there will be some that just don't work. Give them back and get one that does.
