So I got this to work using my Rosetta Stone software. But when I plug it into my computer's headphone jack, the program doesn't recognize the microphone. I bought these for work at home as a CSR. I needed them to turn off the audio on the mic as I have two babies and a newborn. I added a video clip showing how I'm feeling. What's missing here is Mickey Mouse and the Three Musketeers in the background, even though I'm 8ft from the TV, the mic just points in the opposite direction. You can also hear clarity. I like this one. My daughter attends an online school and needs a headset for class conferences, but she is very tech savvy. This couple has been dropped, wrapped around their chair, thrown across the room and just about everything you can think of still works. Others usually only last a few months.
