Great cheap starter. Easy to replace.

Had the exact same thing at the dealership and it was a special order it took a week to get it for $125. It was delivered to me in no time. We drove 100 miles to where my car broke down and bolted it up. They immediately scooted off and left. I noticed that the old starter was also cheaply rebuilt. It lasted 4 years, so I'd be happy if this one did too.

Worked 1 year and died.

Starter fits well. I used old starter screws and nothing was needed. No heat shield is included. The starter was easy to install once you removed the dipstick and wheel arch plastic. Before proceeding with the installation, check out YouTube. This saves you hours of struggle with the starter. I am convinced that you cannot remove it without first removing the dipstick. Update: The starter died after 1 year.

Price and quality starter

I had a problem with the delivery. I waited 14 days. I also have Prime. They say the guy didn't collect the holidays dollars before I cancel it and then when I reorder it they charged me $60 but so far it's a great start no problem you can't beat the price if i need to get another for my other pickup in the future i will be a very happy starter sounds great no issues or issues

It works out. - Starter and parts

The diameter and length of this starter is slightly smaller than the OEM starter which makes it easier to install, but there are fewer copper windings in the core so it is not as powerful and difficult to use turn lq4 6.0L which was replaced by my avalanche. Basically I just bought it for a new solenoid because the retail price for a starter is around $130-$300. My original starter worked fine, I just had a bad magnet so I replaced that starter magnet with my original starter and it turns a…

Trying to save money lasted 3 months

Bought this for our suburb on January 10th 2020. He passed away on April 22nd 2020. Thought we would get a deal on a quality part but had to 171 Spend US dollars on one locally to replace the dead part because we can't wait for them to offer to "buy another from us and then send the dead part back and if it's really faulty, we will refund the second purchase.
