You really can't imitate an og without making it the same, they didn't have tongue ties like the old ones you used so you could lose your laces without taking your shoes off, now you have to tighten the laces, I don't like that I don't, and I don't like the fact that dc doesn't make size 14 snowboard boots. i love dc but all sizes are not on everything also since gloves rob it love the firm but many sizing issues

These shoes run small. I usually wear a size 11. However, this shoe has a very thick tongue that ensures a good fit. So I had to choose size 12. Otherwise these are excellent and very comfortable shoes! Hope that helps.

I wear these shoes every day. I love her. They are great for hacky sack play and everyday activities. i love her style! The best pair of shoes I've ever owned. They are durable too.

The rubber around the toe of the shoe dried out and started to crack after about 2 months. Now, after 6 months, the boot is completely fine. There is only a thin felt material behind this rubber, so that the cold air and water flowing through make this shoe unusable. Too bad because every other part of the shoe is perfect.

These definitely live up to expectations. Very convenient. In fact, I unexpectedly received several compliments. They seem a little bit unique, in a good way. The tongue isn't too thick/big like some DC's. They're a bit stiff, but that's to be expected from skateboard shoes. Very satisfied.

Not as soft as I was hoping. I recently bought some Es Accell OG and they are much softer but don't hold up well. They will hold up much better due to the materials used. Fits well and style is nice. I just wish they looked like the late 90's DC shoes I remember in as a teenager.

OG - DC Syntax shoes were my favorite shoes as a kid. As far as I remember, the remake doesn't differ much from the original here. but this version is also a very good skateboard shoe that looks cool in my opinion. That's my main skateboarding workhorse and I'm going back to Washington. So I got through some, and so should you, chea.

The fabric around the forefoot is too flexible which sometimes causes the shoe to pivot on you when you get into toe hooks, turns etc. The outsole lasts a long time. for a while but it took forever to break because it has such sharp edges. I tried breaking them while bowling but couldn't feel my board and kept slipping until the sharp edges eventually rounded off and they broke. Overall I think this is a decent shoe. Definitely still durable, although the OG version fit better and needed a lot…
