Delta Faucet RP10799 Diverter Assembly Review

Received this part in a very reasonable time. The fit was perfect, very easy installation. Installation took 10 minutes and works great. Hope this one lasts 30+ years.

Ideal for a refurbished faucet. I tried Danco parts and other replacement parts but they didn't fit properly and wore out very quickly. The original Delta part is the only one that worked!

Seal in this one broken after 2 months. I find the quality control on this product to be very poor. But the customer service is amazing. I emailed them (customerservice@deltafaucet.com) with the issue and they even sent me a replacement during the COVID crisis.

Don't even think about replacing the aftermarket I've tried from 2 different manufacturers from 2 big stores. After all that nonsense I found these and they fit and work perfectly like new. ****Update - the gasket or seal on this replacement broke like the previous parts I replaced and the manufacturer won't help, be careful, won't hold

I ordered this part because the picture matches the part I need. The part I received did not match the picture! It does not work. I couldn't return it and had to throw it in the trash! The company tried to say that the picture on their website looked like the part they sent. However, I ordered from Revain with the wrong picture. DO NOT ORDER THIS PART, YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDER!

The wrong spare part came. Contacted the company, after that I had to send photos, descriptions, email back and forth, all for the $6 share. They said they would send a replacement (I don't need it now, I went to Lowe and got it). I have NEVER received a replacement (after 2 weeks). I think they send cheap junk because they know you will refuse a small amount of money. Contact Lowe's for plumbing, it's easier

If you have an old Delta faucet, buy it and NOT another brand (Danco). I was about to tear out the wall to replace the entire faucet because I just couldn't get the diverter valve to work. I would exchange the item. It would be almost impossible to slide it into place and then in a week or two the rubber will hopelessly bite and start leaking again. It turns out that the Danco valve is just a tad larger than the real Delta part, and the rubber covering the hole is softer on the other brand…
