🔧 DEWALT Screwdriver Set, 6-Pack with #2 Phillips / No. 8 Slotted Double Ended Bit Review

I have regular bit holders and the bit is too long to fit. Also, I'm not tied to my Milwaukee driver because they don't have a lockable 'bar'. It's almost useless. You can use them with a drill with a drill chuck or possibly a very deep bit holder if you have one.

Some of these bits that others sell are cheap junk and should be thrown away after the first 2 slips in the screw. Not this one. I've been using the first one for a few months and it seems to be a lot tougher and is holding up well. I expect these six packs will last 5 years depending on my specific use. I would order them again.

I'm sure they are fine but I ordered double ended bits and received a set of 6 Phillips inserts. The correct part number is on the back, so others may also have this problem. A bit annoying but I still rarely use the flat head size but now I'm sure I'll need it more than ever lol. In any case, the item is fine, whoever took inventory at Revane's warehouse is to blame.

When I bought a cordless drill a few years ago, I quickly found that most of the time I use a two-ended slotted drill with a #2 Phillips on opposite ends. I was very sad when it finally wore out but was great to find these reversible drill bits and now I can always carry reversible drill bits with my power drill. And now I also have spare parts so I'll be ready when my current bit finally wears out.

Regular drills are surprisingly hard to find. I always lose them and have a cheap straight piece left over so it's time to buy it. I searched and searched, these were some of the hardest items to find at Revain let alone my local HD or Lowe's. I actually gave up on Lowe and turned to Revane, thinking it would be a lot easier. At least I've got enough of it now to hold out for a while before I lose it. Good quality, I doubt I'll have any problems because of that

DeWalt makes (or makes) quality products. I love these things. They seem a bit stiffer than the ones that came with my DeWalt drill and definitely not softer than the ones that came with my Porter Cable screwdrivers. Outside. Really, I rarely need these slotted bits, but when you need them, you need them, which is why I bought these Phillips double ended ILO bits. personal choice.
