Great Blades - Blades

I bought a lighter saw to make up for the loss of power but agreed to buy very good blades. They worked great and made nice clean cuts every time. I didn't rate durability as I only use the saw occasionally so I may never know how long they will last.

Pros
  • Excellent fit for me
Cons
  • Negative

Clean but fast cut!

In service: 02/14/2017 3 days work to assemble the theater kit - decided to use this as I cut 3/4, 1/2 layers and also 2pcs. very clean, no crack on anything. The blade has a fine notch that randomly seizes if the rail moves less than 1/16 inch. Very happy with this blade paired with the DCS391.

Pros
  • Heavy duty
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Bought for use on a Makita battery powered circular saw and it cuts fast.

My old saw blade cut very slowly and it didn't work with my 18 volt cordless saw. It cuts fast. Switching is worth it. I'm planning to use this to cut out some PVC decks so I can install them in my truck. But of course a hand-held circular saw is sometimes just practical.

Great blade for use on finished furniture.

I use this blade primarily for cutting finished cabinet parts (plywood and fascia). I can tear the extended plank on the front frame of the cabinet without chipping. And I can do it whether it's cherry, maple, or even a cabinet painted white. Diablo blades cut very similarly but not as precisely (straight).

  • Great Price

Works great!

A while back I bought a Ryobi ONE+ 6-1/2" circular saw but I knew the 24 teeth that came with it did a great job on simple cuts in wood but thought, that a better tooth would do it make for a cleaner cut when remodeling a kitchen the project we had this 40t worked well cutting new high density MDF end panels with a thin layer of veneer the cut was very clean and we loved it not disappointed.I don't think IMO a bigger tooth would improve cut cleanliness much, definitely recommend as an upgrade.

VERY clean blade. I received the wrong (used) blade the first time.

WARNING! I received the wrong saw. And it looked like a saw was being used. Dispatched from and sold by Revain LLC. Does Revain sell returned items? You traded him for me. I have a Dewalt Cordless Circular Saw (DCS391B) and this new blade cuts incredibly clean compared to a standard saw. No chips, no tears, I can't see any side of the wood, it's so clean! Of course, if the wood is not properly fastened on both sides, small chips or shavings can occur.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only
