Die-cast aluminum solution

I wish I had bought this straight away so I could grind the aluminum castings on my bike. A normal grinder has its place at the very end for smoothing, but quickly becomes coated with aluminum. To do this, buy a metal brush to clean the grinder right after and you will last forever.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cable shorter than others

Reference images

I have chosen to post these images as a link to this product. Before buying it I was interested in the dimensions of this rasp, maybe some of you will find them useful. Ignore the markings on the bat as these photos were taken after I used them. The tool itself is durable and comes in sealed retail packaging like the big department stores.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors appeared

The Right Tool for the Right Job - Plaster Cutouts for Electrical Boxes

How rare it is to find something that just works. While not an exact match, I use this tool for electrical box holes in my plaster walls. First I drill and cut the hole to a rough size with a plaster jigsaw blade, then I use a DeWalt deburring tool to fine tune the size of the hole. It works great, it shaves maybe 1/64 inch per pass. You can make a hole sized to fit the electrical box snugly. I still have the last one I bought about 15 years ago, I wanted to keep his house.

Pros
  • Lots of Positive Vibes
Cons
  • No Achievement
