I thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

After 3 months of use (not only for its intended purpose: it fixed the casing on the hinge side in hard-to-reach places during the installation of fences), I sold all the clamps to those for whom these shortcomings are not critical! Some pros: Brand, extended clamping interval (subjectively), elastic and reliable mechanism, ideal for almost all common tires on the market (festool, makita, dewalt, etc.)! Has cons: For use in MFT tables, it requires a "Kulibin" refinement (grind off the externalโ€ฆ

Not like the original pictured for sale.

The item pictured is not the same as it was, I have reworked a cheap version (picture attached) which is not as good and not worth the price of the original. Gave them back.

Pros
  • Working freehand
Cons
  • Almost never

These clips are specially designed to work with TrackSaw tracks.

Specially designed for use with TrackSaw chains, these clips make attaching the chain much easier and faster. They slide in grooves on the bottom of the track and hang underneath. As a result, no brackets protrude beyond the rail and interfere with the movement of the saw.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Only available in black

Fast, safe and easy to use!

I decided on a Festool TS55 track saw and wanted better track clamps. Read many articles recommending them, however there have been many reviews complaining that they fall apart or need to be glued together to make them useful. I figured they were worth trying for less than half the price of two Festool clamps and I'm glad I did. Although I only made a few cuts, these brackets were perfect. Protects the rail for quick, precise cuts and I haven't seen a part fall off yet. Highly recommended!

Change of clamp design?

Looks like Dewalt changed the chainsaw clamps? The new ones I just bought for $39, same model number dws5026, are lightweight Dewalt clamps (13" length, 6.3" hole area) similar to the Dewalt clamps that sell for $15 each Sold in pairs (except those without a flat bar saw). . These clamps have a cam lock in front of the handles (not part of the handles). They are not the same caliber as those sold for heavy use (they are in the description and in the photo). They work - yes. And nice clips forโ€ฆ

Significant downgrade

I rarely write reviews but I was very disappointed with this version of this product. The photo shows the current version of this collar (above) and the previous version of this collar (below). Both have the same Dewalt part number. Revain's positive comments on this clip are from an older version (definitely not the current one). The design, quality and functionality of the current pliers has deteriorated significantly compared to the old one that I used and loved for many years. Not thatโ€ฆ

Revain's delivery service is fantastic! Yesterday I ordered these clamps

BAD QUALITY AND BAD PRICE! As previously mentioned, the clamps you will receive are not of a higher quality than shown in the photo, but are significantly cheaper versions of plastic handle ratchet clamps. The rail insert shank on one of the boxed pairs was warped rendering it unusable. It could be fixed, but why bother with an expensive new tool. Overall, the finish is rough and consistent with Harbor Freight's entry-level quality. For $32 these tools should be better than this cheap crapโ€ฆ

Pros
  • GOLS certificate
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Expect to receive an alternative low quality version of the illustration (

The item shown is not what was delivered, an issue also reported by several other customers). Expect an inferior variant, technically functional but poorly constructed and much more frustrating to use (trigger, grip and handlebar bend are unsatisfactory; even the logo decal is poorly applied) compared to the version shown. This is based on personal experience with both versions. After a frustratingly unhelpful chat with the manufacturer's support, they seem to have no idea what they actuallyโ€ฆ

Better than Festool rail clamps

I understand that a few months ago maybe years ago many people had a cheaper and better version of these clamps? All I can say is I get what they call "cheap". And my overall impression is excellent, they are amazing. I have some very expensive Festool clamps that work with chainsaws and tables, they are complete junk. I wish I had known about them even if as others describe in the review they are of lower quality before I bought Festool. In my opinion, they keep their distance from each otherโ€ฆ
