Review on πŸ”§ DEWALT Tracksaw Clamp (DWS5026): Enhancing Precision and Stability by Micha Gabriel Czajko ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

After 3 months of use (not only for its intended purpose: it fixed the casing on the hinge side in hard-to-reach places during the installation of fences), I sold all the clamps to those for whom these shortcomings are not critical! Some pros: Brand, extended clamping interval (subjectively), elastic and reliable mechanism, ideal for almost all common tires on the market (festool, makita, dewalt, etc.)! Has cons: For use in MFT tables, it requires a "Kulibin" refinement (grind off the external protruding "tail" of the metal), which will not allow the F-shaped form factor of the clamp to be inserted into the hole! The hardening of the metal leaves much to be desired: when the mechanism is compressed more than the average (than that of similar quick-clamp classmates), the base is deformed, both in length and in the β€œgrip” itself!

DeWalt clamps for 3300 are not bad for a "firm".
