These things are great. Screws directly onto tools (impact wrench, drill, oscillating saw). And yes, the screw is included. However, the vibrating saw did not have the cage nut that uses the bolt. But since I'm only installing one hook per tool, I removed a nut from my drill bit and used this (I believe it's a 10-32 locknut). I have several Dewalt cordless tools and the only one that had a clamp was an impact wrench so I went in search of more as I like being able to see the details as I work not have to adjust to anything. I found them and ordered them straight away. They fit right in and are very easy to assemble with the included grub screw. I had several tools with no clamps. I think some of them are probably out in the pasture somewhere and some of them didn't come along. I don't use clip-ons very often, but if you need a clip-on on stairs or anywhere else, you need a clip-on. In all functional aspects this is exactly what I wanted and needed.
