For the price they are very effective and do not disappoint. I had no problem wanting this with my new teccpo rotary tool.

I bought these to cut lines in the marble sculpture I am making. Can't beat the price for what it does, but I would pay a lot more for a quality blade.

This is a nice little set with one very noticeable difference that sets it apart from other diamond cutting discs. The coating on the blade is much thicker and stronger than a standard diamond blade. I can cut a lot more with a single disc than with a standard disc, about three times as long I'd say. Buy it.

I have just completed a kitchen splashback that only required cutting some travertine tiles (including around the rosette). I did all the work with just one of these wheels on my dremel. And there is still life in this wheel. I kept the tile wet while cutting and it cut the tile quickly and cleanly. It just needed a little sanding of the edges. So glad I bought them!

CUTTING 1/4 thick travertine tiles! I put on a kitchen apron. I had to cut out places for outlets and switches. Since I didn't have to make many incisions, I tried my adrenal glands. Worked great and saved me $200 on a basic wet saw and diamond blade. It took me about 4 SLOW passes with my Dremel to cut through a 4" wide, 1/4 thick tile. COST. Save a few extra minutes instead of an expensive wet saw!

First let's understand that if you want industrial grade discs you're paying $50 each! They last much longer, save time replacing and are easy to sharpen. For the rest of us, they are good for beautifully cut porcelain stoneware and durable when used with water. The actual cutting edge wears out quickly. 3-4 tiles, but the sides remain doable for 2 bathroom niches and cut-outs for sockets. Don't press too hard on the material and you will be very satisfied.
