Premium kitchen scale I really liked it! We are very happy with this purchase. The scale works exactly as described and is very accurate. I love that we can even put a large bowl on the scale, then turn it on and then add food to the bowl. I like this scale so far. It seems very accurate. I really like that its flat square shape is easy to store. On the top are many foods and their calorie content for convenience. My only complaint is that the OZ, LB, GRAM designations are printed in tiny font. I don't have perfect eyesight, but that's okay. This is my second scale - the first came with a piece of paper behind glass on the scale. It was small but cast a shadow which made the numbers displayed difficult to read. I am very disappointed with this scale. Looks so great, fits in my kitchen and worked so well for the first 4 months. Came with a new one? Battery and after 4 months it started giving strange readings and then I noticed the battery indicator says it's dead. It might have taken me a few minutes a day. I am very impressed with this scale. I used an Oxo Good Grips scale but it has a 4lb weight limit and I had to weigh some heavier items. I mainly use the scale when baking bread. What I like is that the scale reacts immediately when additional ingredients are added to a container. With Oxo, there were occasional fluctuations between additions, which meant I kept adding and then removing part of an ingredient because I was over the planned amount.
