Bulbs appear to have a dimming setting

I liked how bright these bulbs are. However, Simmons accidentally lit one of the lights after about a month. I've been using these bulbs for about 2 hours a day for about 4 months. I would love to give a better rating but for the light use I give them I would expect durability and reliability.

LED lights didn't last a year

Bought because I couldn't find an equivalent 60w candelabra base for my ceiling fan. Plugged in the lightbulb and everything worked fine at first. I'm pretty sure after 6 months it was as bright as the 40 watt bulb that was in before. Now, after 10 months of use, its brightness has suddenly dropped to the equivalent of a 4 watt night light bulb. Lifespan is terrible for an LED lamp. Maybe that's why they're only sold in packs of two. I will update when the second lamp works better.
