Defective - started flashing 6 months after purchase. Unsuitable for use. The description says "PAR38 LED spotlight for outdoor/indoor lighting, warm white light 3000K" and Flood on the box - but look carefully, as they are also referred to as spots in the description. These are actually spotlights, not spotlights, so expect a narrow, concentrated beam rather than spotlights illuminating a room. They also barely fit in standard indoor cover glasses, touching the edge of the glass completely…

Pros
  • WIDE APPLICATION: Mercury/UV/Lead-free in the environment. Ideal for general indoor lighting, recessed lighting, ceiling lighting, such as living room, bedroom, kitchen, hallway, hotel, museum, exhibition hall, gallery, office, shops, restaurants or track lights, Par20 LED light, can light bulbs, range hood, table lamps.... ..

  • Not bad but...

They are brighter than halogen

For many years (decades) I have used halogen PAR30, 50 degree wide flood, long neck, 60W Reflector lamps (75W spare), 2900K, Soft White on my desk. I saw a PAR30, LED bulb, 3000K warm white light, long neck (40 degrees) in a warehouse and thought "why not". Then they run cooler, use less power and are brighter than the halogens they replaced. The tide is near. They are a little lighter and a little bluer. They are a good replacement for LEDs. Do they last the same or longer? Time will tell, so…

Pros
  • EASY INSTALLATION: Par20 LED short neck bulbs can be installed directly into any fixture with a medium E26 screw base. No warm-up time like CFL.
Cons
  • unreliable

I was looking for full spectrum lamps for my home and accidentally ordered them because they came up in the search results. It's not full spectrum, it's regular white daylight. They appear bluer than regular soft white bulbs, but more yellow than daylight/true full spectrum light. They appear to be beautiful bulbs; Brightness and dimmability were as expected. They didn't flicker on my dimmer, even though it's an old-school dimmer that's not optimized for LED. I cannot vouch for their longevity…

Pros
  • LONG LIFESPAN: The average rated lifespan of this par 20 LED lamp is 30,000 hours (approximately 22 years at 3 hours per day).
Cons
  • Only available in black
