Good lamp but not durable

****UPDATE****** Be sure to buy another brand. A month after my first bulb had problems I now have 2 more doing the same thing. They turn on and off randomly and lose connection on a daily basis. These bulbs expire shortly after the return window and there is no customer service. I'm trying a different brand. I bought them a few months ago and just plugged them in. They worked fine and I was happy, but one day one of the lightbulbs just stopped working. It was right behind the back window. I…

Displays failed to connect to Wi-Fi

I spent over 4 hours connecting these displays. I confirmed my connection was 2.4GHz as they ask. I've tried many ways to toggle it on and off to get it into 'sync' mode. I even tried the lamps individually and in different cartridges. I know the sockets work fine because they used to have regular Phillips dimmable bulbs. Turning it on and off three times never made me blink quickly. In fact, they were very intermittent. For example, they blinked quickly several times and then returned to…

They work great if you are tech savvy

These lights work perfectly. My guess is that most of the bad reviews just don't know how to set the backlight properly as the instructions for the app are semi outdated. Make sure you are connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network during setup. If you don't already know what that means, don't buy it because you're likely to have a lot of problems as well. I bought 12 lights total and they all match perfectly, syncing and changing to any color you want. . I can't say anything about durability yet. If…
