If your kid loves dinosaurs, you must buy this headlamp!

We bought this for our 3.5 year old daughter who loves dinosaurs and it fits her head perfectly! She has no problem clenching her mouth to make him roar and turn off the light. My daughter loves it (on and off the head)! I would buy another one if this one broke.

Bright light, kids love it!

This is my third purchase of this item! Grandson wanted one like the others and luckily they had another one. Very DURABLE! It's tough for my grandkids and it took a couple of YEARS. A little noisy and a little annoying, but the light is bright and strong. Suitable for my grandchildren aged 2, 4 and 5. Highly recommended!

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Damaged

The three-year-old is afraid of him.

Our 3 year old is crazy about dinosaurs and flashlights so thought this would be a winner. Not so fast. He ran and hid when he saw this. But he's getting more and more of it, so I hope he enjoys it. I can't find anything wrong with that. The roar doesn't bother me because it's only audible when you turn on the light, which sometimes happens to a 3 year old. :) A great idea.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Safety

The light is not very bright. My kids like it more as a toy than a headlamp for camping/outdoor use. Probably a maximum of 50 lumens. If you want a bright headlamp, you can find the best one for $10 at Wally World. Gets annoying pretty quickly in a quiet campsite when it's constantly on/off because there's no way to mute the sound when the lights are on. It's also very noisy.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Will be added later

It's amazing for kids! And a bright light!

God, this thing is amazing! I bought it for my 4 year old nephew and he didn't turn it off until his batteries died in a few months. You can make a dinosaur make noise and it's just amazing haha. Not to mention it's a legitimate bright light. I've had to use it in the dark several times when camping with them and it outperformed my other more expensive headlamp! The best birthday present! One thing should be noted. The dinosaur sound gets annoying after a while. But that's why you give it to…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Not very suitable for children

My great-nephew was afraid of this, so I think it could be better promoted to young people. First, the sound is muted every time you turn on the light. There is no way to just turn on the light. It's going to be ANNOYINGLY FAST, and if the kid doesn't like the sound, then it's a waste of money. Second, the on/off switch is tiny. Little hands can't operate it alone. Once on, you use your mouth to turn it on and off, but the power button is actually tiny and hard to see/find. They decided to keep

Great working adult headtorch

I wasn't sure if it would be too small for an adult head but decided to risk it as it was actually written for kids 6+. Let me just say as a grown male child I love this thing. It fits great, with plenty of room for a larger head (I wear a 7 1/4 fitted hat). I bought this to use at work and while it's not as bright as my regular headlamp it makes up for the charm it lacks in lumens. It also has a switch for on/off or demo mode so I don't have to worry about it turning on in my pocket or purse…

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • No power

Very durable - Headlamps

everything you want. Very bright in my opinion. I was amazed when he climbed the basement stairs without turning on the light in the house. He just turned on the light. It shone very brightly, illuminating the stairs as he climbed them. I saw another review that mentioned the lights out lol. It is in test mode. In test mode, it turns off after beeping and flashing. Below that is a plain old slide switch that toggles between off, test, and on only. In OK mode, once the jaw is activated, a roar…

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • Useless features

LOUD and growls often ☹️

CAUTION: This thing growls loudly EVERY TIME the kid turns it on. It's kind of cute (and amazing) the first time you hear it, and gets more and more obnoxious each time. Would REALLY prefer a child to use lights with no sound. Also, the top strap won't fasten when you open the package and it's quite difficult to put on. So make sure you take it out of the box and get it ready before gifting it to your child who (most likely) be impatient if my heads up goes unnoticed. The only nice things I can

Pros
  • Lots of positive emotions
Cons
  • Low maintainability
