I like this product because it is easy to use and convenient. The first one I received had a bad case cover and was leaking. I contacted the company for a replacement and got one a few days later. Recharges with a USB cable and gets charged in a few hours. I use it every day and the charge lasts all week. The price was more than justified.

Our 911 dispatch center had a shelf of bottles that required fiddling with to change. It began to flow in its complex mechanics. Why replace it with something over $100 when this little guy solved our dilemma. Did I mention that the exchange takes 5 seconds instead of 5 minutes? Much better if 911 calls.

This dispenser is good for work. I'm a bit impatient, it seems very slow and the battery life seems ok. It charges via micro USB, it charges pretty fast. It would be great to travel with a 5 gallon hug. My only complaint is that it just sits on top of the bottle neck so it slides a bit.

Bought when I was having trouble with my fountain and it has made life so much easier! This lasts a few weeks before it needs to be charged. Decided to continue using 5 gallon jugs with this pump for everyday use. Less than $2 to fill the jugs and even if the power went out or we had some other problem with the fountain we would still have clean running water.

I've noticed others say something about the thickness of the house, but I've had no problems with that. I've had it for 3 weeks and it's still working with the original charger it came with. I've also seen some people have had a leakage issue, but after making sure I had it securely fastened to the top of the water jug I had no leaks. That's great. Love it.

This product works well. It was charged upon receipt and has been running stably for 2 weeks now. Although the water flow is a bit slower than we would like. I would say it takes about 5 seconds to fill the cup. It didn't fit our container perfectly, but I think it has more to do with our container. However, it stays in place and does not fall off.

I have been very happy to use this product - I even bought two for work and one for home. Unfortunately, it comes with minimal instructions and fits loosely in a 5 gallon container. On top of that, it leaks at the slightest bump when not in use, so I had to wipe a few water stains off the floor tonight. Most likely they will return it as pumped, but otherwise it's not worth it.

The pump itself works fine. The noise level is normal for a small electric pump. The only complaint I have so far is the tube. It's such a thin-walled .025" tube that it will be crushed trying to suck water into the pump. I boiled the pipe to eliminate the kink. was twisted. It doesn't collapse completely, but it's enough to slow the flow of water. It's a 1/4" ID tube so it was easy to replace with something more durable.

The absolute worst of the worst. Don't worry about others who look the same. they are literally the same. You can claim they're "upgraded," or that they have a "bigger battery," or "last longer," but these pumps are all designed to fail after a month of heavy use (this is my primary water pump by the way). . Do yourself a favor and move on. Get one of the electric pumps in the home camp. Primo took that concept and built a decent electric pump that's bigger and better in every way. The silicone
