bracket broken off, I had to glue it back on. It was right where the metal sleeve enters the plastic case. Of course it was tightened early one morning and it broke immediately. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately replaced the device. I hope they address the hub mount in future iterations.

My plumber accidentally delivered an obscene quantity of 5 gallon water jugs. Although it was the water company's fault, I stayed with them. Also, the water at work tastes funny to me. Maybe I'm boujee.IDK, but I decided to take a few extra pitchers to work and needed a dispenser quiet enough for the office. Bingo! It exists. Three jugs in and I still have the original load. It is quiet but has a fast flow. My colleagues think I'm a genius. I highly recommend!

It's too early to comment on the battery life as this is my first time using it but I still give it 5 stars as it does what it says so far. There was a tiny bit in the connections that I didn't realize, but even without it it still delivers. Pump comes with 2 seals for use with custom water bottles. Wholefoods uses screw top bottles where the other pump I have doesn't work. The only issue I had was that after the first bottle change (to a regular bottle) I had no idea where the liner went and now I'm back on a weak device when using a whole bottle!
