The software is very easy to use, it has all of our requirements in one place and can be customized easily for each department's needs. I like that this software allows me to manage my dispatching, tracking of our drivers as well as their pay rates in real time. It also gives us the ability to track every shipment from point A to B which is very helpful when we are faced with any issues or delays along the way.
