Review on Ditat by Marquez Hinshaw

The software is very easy to use, it has all of our requirements in one place and can be customized easily for each department's needs. It allows us to track everything from shipments to invoices and even customer feedback through surveys! There really isn't much that I dislike about this system, other than maybe some minor glitches here or there when we are working with customers outside of their normal business hours. We've been able to keep up with our shipping process without having multiple people checking boxes by hand which saves time and money.
