This is just an overview of wheels. The railings are pretty solid and well made but I have yet to rate them. As for the wheels, they're pretty flimsy. Once on the stairs there is a definite bend that causes the wheels to protrude past the straight line. When trying to move the ladder, it gets caught between the ground and the railing. The only solution is to lift the bottom of the ladder so it doesn't get stuck. It would be better without wheels on the stairs.

I have ordered two extension rails as you can see in the photos. I installed a 12" rail on the other side of the case. They sent me a long stick. Well I work with custom wood and want it done right so I had to take it to the machine shop and cut it, to make sure the ends were cut straight.They reimbursed me for this but the time and expense I spent (workshop and travel time) was way more than it was worth.And waiting for a replacement from China is a must not an option at the install date I set
