Attention buyers. I bought a new faucet but the item I received was used, damp and because it was not cleaned or dried well, parts of it have a sour smell. Also, they sent all these new rubber gaskets, but because they were in use, all the gaskets were already installed. The seller tried to stop me from leaving negative feedback so buyers be careful. The spray section leaks when you don't use it and the price isn't worth what you get.

Installation was a bit tricky but I know nothing about plumbing and got it all done (removing the old and installing the new) in about an hour. The touch sensor is pretty good. I've read of some other people saying you have to grip it pretty tight for it to work. As you can see in my video, it responds very well to normal touches. Runs on 4 AA batteries. The water pressure is excellent, all functions work perfectly. I'm a happy customer.

The faucet began to leak a week after installation (installation was performed by a professional plumber). Send back the old one, what they didn't tell me is that I would have to pay for the return since it was an international shipment. Not happy with the faucet, hardly used and started leaking, not happy with the return policy. send something back at your own expense and do it all internationally

It's pretty decent value for money. The only downside I have is that it's really heavy. It doesn't easily slide to full flow and back. I don't know if I'm explaining this correctly, but it looks really stylish in my kitchen. And it was available. We had to buy a new faucet when our old kitchen faucet leaked and flooded my kitchen. In one week 3 important events happened in our house, it was so uncomfortable! But we took care of it with no problem and I like the one day delivery.
