HomeDock Deluxe easily plays music from my iPod through the TV. However, the album cover feature I was looking forward to didn't appear. The folks at DLO told me that the software in the new iPod Classic 160 doesn't allow artwork to be displayed on the TV screen. I don't know the remote control yet.

A nice improvement over the previous model - MAKE SURE YOU BUY THIS AND NOT THE OLD MODEL - same name, no on-screen navigation. The only thing really missing is the on-screen PHOTO navigation. I received this as an upgrade from a previous version of Homedock Deluxe for the additional ability to display video titles on screen. But it doesn't work. The list of TV shows is completely unordered - episode titles appear randomly in different series folders. And long titles don't scroll, so you can read them like you would on iPod. Considering the price I think this DLO HomeDock Deluxe is perfect for connecting your iPod to your TV and home theater system. Setup is really quite simple, although you'll need to connect to a TV to select the correct channel to view the video. The sound is much better than connecting an iPod with an RCA cable.
