Very helpful in keeping your medical records up-to date

I like that it is very easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere with internet access. It also has many other features such as writing notes for doctor visits which helps me keep track of what was discussed during my appointments. The only thing I dislike about this software it sometimes slows down when you are typing something fast or trying to click around too quickly. If you need an accurate record keeper then this is perfect! We have used DocumenT before but we didn't find anything…

Convenient interface & ease-of -use

I like how easy it is to use this software as compared with other billing systems we have used previously (as well as our previous practice management program). It has been very beneficial for my organization since most physicians are accustomed using Microsoft Word or Excel programs within their practices so having that option available makes things easier than if they were trying to learn another piece of medical office equipment! Great user friendly experience - makes patient care much more accessible

The ability to connect to EMRs (Epic) from the app. This allows for seamless transition between appointments without having to log into two different systems. It is very easy to navigate through the interface. There are also some helpful videos that walk you through navigating the app and using it. At this time I cannot say anything I would like improved about Documed. We have not encountered any issues with our implementation of Documed. Our goal was to be able to easily transition between…

There is still room for growth with this software

DocuMed has a lot of the functions of a full-featured, paper-based practice. I love the ability to write prescriptions, bill, and submit to the state. I dislike the fact that the system can be a little clunky and I dislike the fact that I can't write prescriptions. I also dislike that I can't write prescriptions in the system. I can't write prescriptions in the system, and I can't write prescriptions on the system. I would love to be able to write prescriptions in the system and on the system…

  • The interface is very user friendly
  • It works well with my EHR (EPIC)
  • Has all necessary information for prescribing medications such as allergies.
  • Can create templates so there's less typing required when writing prescription orders or notes from phone calls about patients' medical statuses/conditions etc
  • Easy access through mobile app no need download anything! This makes it easy if you're trying something new at home instead having an iPad available 24hrs

Very useful technology solution in healthcare and beyond

The user interface is easy to navigate as well if you are familiar with other medical software applications like EMR's or billing systems; however it can be confusing for first time users who have never used an electronic health record before!
