Just didn't work out

My puppy was only 5 months old (a miniature labradoodle) when I got this and found it didn't require any snuffle. lol. He just picked it up and shook it out. Even if not indulging in that behavior, he still was able to find the food in record time and it didn't provide more than about 3 minutes of mystery for him. The return was easy, for which I'm grateful, and I found another on Ebay that works for Oscar.

Cons
  • The anti-slip feature may not work on certain surfaces, making it easy for dogs to accidentally knock over the mat and spill kibble everywhere

My dog loves it! on my review.

Came as described. Our 16 week old goldendoodle LOVES it and often prefers to eat his dinner out of this vs the food I put in the bowl. In the beginning I put a few high value treats in it to keep him interested but it’s truly not even needed - he just loves working and being busy! I’ve noticed it keeps him from being bored and acting out after he’s used it - so it’s definitely making him work mentally and physically! Great buy!

Hyper Dogs Best Friend

I use this for a medium sized dog and she absolutely loves it! I use it for treats, snacks and meals. Keeps her sniffing for hours and even when she walks away she comes back and checks it again. Endless stimulation and super easy to clean. Simple shake daily after snacks and then a throw in the washer once a week and all clean! We have a really hyper dog so this was a lifesaver!

My dog loves: my feedback

Both my dog and I love this mat! It slows down meal time so he's not gulping his food down like a puppy (he's 3 now lol). Downside to these mats is they are made of a felt-like material so dog hair and bits of food (that get wet/moist from him finding them) get stuck to it and make it hard to clean. Even after it goes through the wash machine, they are still there. It's nice to have spare mat to swap out while you're cleaning.

Very fast shipping 4 fays early!

Liked: amount of time kept dog busy.Disliked: no backing to keep it from getting crumpled up so I attached velcro squares to the edges and attached it to a cardboard flat.works great now and easily slides under the couch when not in use.

Better then her dog bowl.

My puppy absolutely loves eating her food from this matte oh, she loves searching for her kibble and now refuses to eat out of a bowl. Super easy to clean just throw in the wash and hang dry. If your dog is a chewer it may not be the best mat for you.

Disappointed best in my review

Snuffle mat is cute and does allow for snuffling. However upon the first wash, the little dots on the back ended up coming off in the washer. So now it slides all over the floor. And the edges are curled up. Not great quality.

Good but for calmer snufflers

I like this product it’s neat and the dog enjoys it. However it takes me longer to place the kibble than it does for my dog to hunt it all down. If she were a more calm dog this would be the product for her but she’s a hungry girl and finds the kibble fast. So for me, I’ll be looking for a different snuffler does not take so long to get set up…

Helps Picky Puppy Eat

We've had this mat for over a month and it's holding up great so far. Our standard poodle puppy doesn't like to eat out of a bowl, but she loves eating from this snuffle mat. Bonus: our cats like finding any kibble the pupp leaves behind.

My dog loves this! Use it for every meal!

We LOVE this snuffle mat. It forces my dog to keep slower while also providing my dog with enrichment. It takes her about 10-15 minutes to eat her meals when we use this mat. It' super easy to clean you just throw it in the washer and it comes out looking brand new!
