DON'T THINK!: Dresses

I ordered this dress for my mini badge to wear to an outdoor memorial service. What I received was MUCH different than what was described. I gave her a medium. The chest fitted but was about 2 inches longer than the dog! Because of this length, it would be impossible to perform any "deed" without ruining the dress. BUT (cherry on top) IT WAS NOT Fleur De Lis! Instead, random little gems were glued on. There was no pattern on it and 2 gems of different colors were used; silver and black. I sent…
