Difficult to slide with them, sticky!

I like them but they are a bit heavy and the rubber is sticky so they are harder to turn. I like less sticky and slick ones so I can slide and twist without putting more stress on my knee joints. Cheap tires are tough. and difficult. I can only use them as slippers instead of martial arts shoes. I have to try them on a few times and decide if they break in so I can slip.

Pros
  • Hoping that wear and tear will "stretch" the shoe to fit.
Cons
  • I ordered 10.5 - 11 and they feel like a size 9. Sending them back.

Great shoes for Tai Chi, highly recommend

Amazing shoes and just what I was looking for when I got tired of doing tai chi in sneakers! Not too slippery on the surfaces I've trained on so far and enough grip to train outside. I also wear them when I go on short trips. Highly recommended. Just make sure you choose one size larger than your usual shoe size.

Pros
  • Absolutely comfortable shoe that makes walking easier. easy to move.
Cons
  • The largest size is not big enough and I wear 10.5. I will give them to my brother.

On a narrow foot in my rating.

The quality seemed good, very light and comfortable except the shoes are very narrow. I don't usually need wide shoes, but these seem to be for particularly narrow feet.

Pros
  • please
Cons
  • Very comfortable and soft

Excellent kung fu shoes in my review.

If you don't mind, these shoes are beautiful. I was looking for indoor Tai Chi shoes. They have a little more grip on the carpet than I would like. However, I use them for kung fu and sometimes for tai chi. They are well made and don't slip off the heel.

Pros
  • The quality is good but the size is small.
Cons
  • Shoes may need regular cleaning and maintenance to prevent odor and bacterial build-up.

Great shoes for martial arts

I normally wear 10 men's shoes but ordered a 10.5 conversion and they feel great. Fits well, is comfortable and great for kung fu or tai chi classes - and yes I know both, I have 2 black belts. Great shoes for the price :)

Pros
  • it was terrible
Cons
  • Shoes may be overpriced for the quality and durability of the product.

Very happy with these shoes

I was very surprised by these new Chinese martial arts shoes, they were very stylish as the fit was true to size and the rubber sole was very comfortable. They were worth their price and were delivered very quickly.

Pros
  • The soles on the bottom of the shoes are much better than the original orange ones from years ago.
Cons
  • Shoes may not fit properly, causing discomfort and possible blisters or sores.

So comfortable! good for me

These are the most comfortable little shoes. Lots of room for toes. Very thin fabric and no arch support but they are good for what they are made for.

Pros
  • for recreation or in a karate studio. they are well made for the money.
Cons
  • I wear shoes 9.5 - these, declared 9.5, have become too small for me.

Light weight in my rating

My husband loves them, we were so lucky to find them at Walmart he always wore them for years but we couldn't find them, thanks

Pros
  • More like slippers than shoes but that's what I needed. Very convenient.
Cons
  • My only complaint is that they are too thin. The width of my feet was too wide for the soles

Canvas insole can scratch

It was listed as a "soft insole" and while the bottom is fine, the sides and upper are just canvas with rough stitching that scratches the top of my foot. The fabric edge is very rough; and aggravated by coarse threading. Basically, there is no lining in this shoe. The bottom is fine, although with stitching too, but the sides and top inside the shoes are rough. Need some padding to be comfortable.

Pros
  • I love these shoes! They fit comfortably and work well for my yoga and tai chi sessions.
Cons
  • I ordered men's size 10 and it's like size 8.

I've ordered again, one size up

I ordered the first pair as my usual size 10 men's shoes. They fit but are a little tight at the toes so I ordered a size up mens 11 which fits perfectly with or without socks. Now I've ordered another pair of 11 to have one for the house and one for the street. the shoes are very comfortable and look very stylish in deep black.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Not the best

Comfortable Tai Chi Shoes

I didn't know what to expect at this price but I really liked them. I usually just wear classic croc shoes and flip flops but I needed something that matched Tai Chi and they are perfect. For the price and free returns, you can't go wrong. Comfortable around the foot like the material is a little stretched (allows room for my wide foot) but the sole is perfect for my 9 1/2 foot.

Pros
  • Handsome
Cons
  • Repair

They are more suitable for shoes

I like the shoes and they seem to be of good quality but the shoes run big. I wear a women's size 7 or 7 1/2, I have a wide forefoot and a narrow heel so I ordered a 7 1/2. They were definitely too big, about 2 inches between the big toe and the bottom of the shoe. Unfortunately they are not a size 7 but only a 6 1/2 so I went with another brand. I will have to return these. Not sure if 6 1/2 would fit or would be too small. I will send them back as soon as I get another brand to see how they…

Pros
  • Quick change
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

Good fit, comfortable.

I bought these for the Taijiquan class I signed up for. I've loved her ever since. I often use them instead of my more expensive ones when they're easy to put on and take off. And they are comfortable. They are cheap and still hold up very well. I am about to order a pair for my girlfriend who saw me wearing them and said she loves them. I can order another pair for myself in other colors.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • No form required

Comfortable good tai chi shoes but runs half size

Shoes are comfortable, rubber sole is not too hard and not too thick, perfect for Tai Chi. I'm a tai chi teacher and ordered one for one of my senior students. I read in several reviews on this product here that it was too small (outsider size) so I ordered 1 size bigger, ended up being 1/2 size bigger so I returned it and the same but half size to get. It turned out to be perfect. Shipping to the US was fast and returning it was quick and easy if it doesn't fit. Just send it back in the…

Ideal for me! fits loafers and slippers

I bought these slippers as a cheap pair of slippers that can go anywhere and I also liked the simple design. Only saw 5 star reviews so thought it was a bit of a hunch but nothing to complain about! Very flexible which is nice and my normal size was pretty much right but I think if I went up a size they might still fit. Reading reviews of similar products I've noticed that some people complain about the strong smell of oil and thankfully they don't have it, just a little stronger than usual…

Pros
  • Constant test results
Cons
  • Useless features

Very Comfortable DoGeek Tai Chi Slippers

I like Tai Chi Slippers (shoes) because they are comfortable and light. I bought them because my tai chi class is at a local park and my tai chi teacher recommended them. They are heavier and more durable than the slippers I use indoors. There was a recommendation to order a size or two bigger, but I ordered a half size up. The fit is perfect with a pair of light socks. I will buy another pair after washing them. I want to see how much they lose.

Pros
  • Free for Educational Purposes
Cons
  • Very Expensive
