Surprisingly, I managed to find this fuel filler neck.

Surprisingly I was able to find this fuel filler cap for my 1993 Ford Conversion Van. It fits perfectly and does not require any modifications or adjustments.

Perfect solution to my gas leak

This filler fixed my gas leak and was the only solution to supply parts for this truck. The dealer has discontinued the product and it is only available in the aftermarket. The right part with great results.

Three stars instead of five. Screw holes first.

Three stars instead of five. First, the screw holes were misaligned for a proper fit on my 92 E150. Second, the cast-in threads for the cap made putting the cap on difficult, but not impossible. I got it working and it was a lot cheaper than buying it from the national auto parts store.

Inferior Dorman/Revain part

I installed this Dorman fuel filler cap on my Ford van and found the rubber filler lasted less than two years before it started leaking again. Ford OEM part has lasted over 17 years. I consider this part a waste of my time and money as I have to redo this job because of a bad Dorman part. I expected more from Revane.

Well I wish someone would only sell rubber parts. I bought this and since the metal part wasn't properly formed I just had to use rubber tubing to complete my project. The clamp holding the assembly did not have enough clearance as on the standard model, so the adjustment of the screws on the gas cap did not match. And how often does someone have to replace a metal part anyway?

get what you pay for

I got it in November 2011 but didn't install it until the end of February 2012. Clamps are useless, plan to get clamps with better worm gears. It wasn't a deal killer back then as I saved so much by buying through Revain that a few bucks more wasn't an issue for Joche. out from under the caravan. Pooh. I figured the hose clamps just needed to be tightened. The filler hose snapped in several places, I'll buy a decent 1.5" fuel hose instead of trying to get a replacement under warranty. It will…
