Ford Expedition 2000 4.6 perfect fit

Mechanically perfect for my Ford Expedition 2000 4.6. The tightness has not yet been checked, I will only update this review if I see problems in operation.

Inlet Seals Best seals

Almost perfect fit. The guide pins were on the wrong side on my 1998 f150 4.6 engine. The pins were inside, mine should be outside. So I cut them off and used a small wheelbarrow to hold them in place and it worked.

2000 Ford Expedition 4.6

Would give 5 stars if center gasket matches intake manifold. The center gasket has metal inserts that won't allow the gasket to fit, but I have found that these inserts can be removed. Luckily my intake manifold came with a new gasket. The side seals, throttle body gasket and o-rings fit perfectly on my 2000 Ford Expedition 4.6.

This kit fitted perfectly and was a pleasure to have.

All parts fit together perfectly. I ordered the kit from my local auto parts store and when I got it home it wasn't even close - the holes in the intake gaskets were too big and the dowel pins on the gaskets were on the wrong side. This kit fitted perfectly and it was nice to have all the associated parts (thermostat and injector o-rings) in one kit for about half the price of a kit that didn't even come close.

You sent the wrong discharge valve seal part number. Incorrect engine description

The airbox gasket has two pins for locating the gasket holes. The pins also don't match the static box. Must be cropped to allow the gadget to be properly oriented. Mfg error. I checked with support, they insisted it would fit my 4.6L 99 TRITON FOR EXPEDITION XLT engine. The support did not know which gasket set fits the engine. The correct number is FELPRO MS 92121-2. The gasket was exactly the same as the one I removed. Help Desk needs to update its reference number. My engine has an aluminum
