Seems to be a quality product

Seems to be a good product. Not suitable for my application, but I wouldn't have thought of it either. I bought several different types to find one that actually worked, it wasn't the one that worked.

  • Cool product
Cons

Did the trick for my steel SBC oil pan with the plug cleaned

Just perfect. I tried a larger bolt, then a 1/2-20 bolt spool, which was still leaking because the bolt spool was leaking around the threads, then my mechanic attempted to reinstall the bolt. In the end I took everything out and put it in. Just perfect. Simple and solid.

Pros
  • Great overall specs
Cons
  • Some imperfections

But damn, it's a beautiful thing. Fantastic work guys

It's obvious that it's cheaply made. The ends were bent and the basting was torn off. But damn, it's a beautiful thing. Fantastic work guys. Your product saved my bacon and I will be a customer forever. Fantastic product that does exactly what it says it will.

Slows but does not stop leaking

Sustains leaking at slow drip. It was cheaper than a new frying pan but it still drips. For €8 it's ok, but not perfect. I recommend it as a temporary solution, but not as a permanent solution. It was also quite difficult to fit into a smaller pan. It took me about 20 minutes to try to get him to grab it. I have a 2002 Hyundai Elantra.

For Honda Accord 2001

Fits Honda Accord 2001, easy installation. Didn't stop the leak completely. As per other customer reviews, slow down an oil leak from a stripped sump plug. The oil is still dripping. I'm worried about overtightening because it might break the part in the pan. I think I can handle a little drop of oil until I find the right candle.

The best product I've ever bought. Made my life easier.

I took my 2007 Honda Odyssey for an oil change and also replaced the drain plug. A few days later there was oil on my porch. I noticed that the drain plug broke off during installation. I bought a Dorman 65109 universal oil drain plug. When I received the product the packaging said it was not for Honda. I installed it on my Odyssey anyway and it worked great. My driveway is no longer leaking oil. If it happens again I will definitely buy this product again.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Not the best

Amazing for its purpose

The purpose of this connector seems to be to save me the hassle of replacing the entire oil pan on my $1200 car with high installation costs. My plugin threads are shot. We've tried cleaning them and reinstalling plugs of different sizes, but that didn't work. This fork is universal. It should light up on every oil pan. The only thing about it is that it is designed for long-term use. In other words, you don't want to unscrew it too often to change the oil. If you do this, the rubber plug that…
