No equipment! in pulleys

After the winter, it finally went to the installation, but there is no hardware for the installation. A complete waste of money. I was trying to save some money because I had time to wait and now I spend more time and money going to the nearest auto parts store to buy another one.

Solid build quality.

After my air conditioning failed and was too expensive to repair, I looked for alternatives that my '95 Mustang could benefit from. This distance worked well and the build quality was solid. After removing my air conditioner from the car, it was simply bolted on and took less time than removing the old compressor. I would highly recommend it to others looking to do the same with their SN95 Mustang.

Perfect fit :) for spares

Have been working with it for a few months now and am very happy with the purchase. I had to replace my broken air conditioning compressor with one a few years ago. Easy to install, easy on the wallet. 2/1/14 Downgraded from 5 to 2 stars. Went through the belts and couldn't figure out why until I took a closer look at the angle of that bypass pulley. It's vertical, and the rest of the pulleys aren't quite. Also, after a few months of uneven wear, the belts began to squeak. Install the old air…

Does what it says on the tin - Couplers and Parts

This thing does the job but doesn't cost more than $30. This is my second purchase of this product. I got the exact same thing for the same truck the last time the A/C failed. It should not have been kept after deletion. Shaky and worn. The bolt that secures the pulley threads into a cast bracket. There is no mother on the back. The fit is not perfect and not adjustable. When bolted on as specified, the belt flexes noticeably to fit this pulley on my '96 Ranger. I put some washers around the…

Did not fit. for pulleys

Didn't fit my ranger 89 despite promise. Support didn't help. I called them to get the dimensions (hole spacing) before ordering as a lot of people said they didn't fit in their cars. Dorman tech support had no information and when I got it and found that the back hole didn't match, tech support told me it only takes two screws to get the part working. Actually!?! In my opinion the part was cheaply made and probably wouldn't be strong enough with three screws, let alone two. Plastic pulley…

If there are no instructions, ask for help.

I read some product reviews. My Experience: I installed this pulley with the shorter bushings that came with it, but found that the pulley was misaligned with the other pulleys. I noticed a lone bright metal disk in a bunch. I removed the pulley myself, put this washer (now I know it's a gasket) on the spindle and reinstalled the pulley. I started it. Everything is fine except for the squeak I was trying to avoid. Okay, I squeezed the tensioner and removed the belt again. I removed the pulley…

It would be great if it was a bit better

A few complaints: 1. The unit was not suitable for installation in my truck. The screws that come with the kit need washers to hold them properly. Bad form.2. The kit includes a couple of bushings that should help align this unit well on the engine. The problem is that the holes in the casting are much larger than the bushings, so the bushings are useless.3. Once I got past #1 and #2 above, the pulley worked great for about a week. Then the belt started to squeak. Doh! So I took it off the…

Would have worked if the screws were the right length

Two stars. This is a good idea and would work if additional mounting hardware was included. I decided to use this on 97 Explorer. The bypass pulley has the correct hole pattern and fits. However, there is a problem with the supplied hardware. There are several sockets for the screw holes. Second, the screws. The screws supplied with the Explorer 97 were too long; about half an inch or so too long. I tried to fix it by adding washers to tighten the bolts but the pulley still vibrated and made…
