Used to replace old homemade dog doorbells. I like the ability to adjust to different heights with latches. The straps are good quality, the bells ring and the water cup on the carabiner is a good addition to keep the strap on your belt as a quick water cup when walking.

I use it to train my two large breed puppies (one is almost a year old and just adopted). The bells are heavy and ring loudly, which can be heard throughout the house. I also have cats and they haven't touched them. It is also good that there are bells on the door that warn when opening. Also good for the holidays.

Bells are adjustable to dog or door height. A dog uses bells to tell us when to go outside. They used to have 24 hour access with a dog door but we moved two days ago. I prepped them before moving in by touching the bells before opening the door and I think you really can "teach an old dog new tricks"!

I liked these bells for their size and durability. They are easy to hang on a doorknob or a hook on a door. They are loud enough to be heard and strum pleasantly. My dogs can easily get them to walk. Now I don't have to shout or whistle for them to come in, I just open the door, the bells ring and they come running.

These bells are a MUST for potty training! We hang a leash with a bell on the doorknob for the puppy to associate with going outside. She came home at 7 weeks and in the first week she started ringing the bells. Three weeks later she is 75% potty trained. She also got the idea of ringing bells just to go out and play.

The hinge was a standard size and it would be nice to make it more durable for a laptop handle, I added a rubber band to keep it from getting stuck on the door. It is known that no "suction" is used with this device. great length! The bells were loud and could be heard from every room and possibly neighbors who didn't need a reminder that Santa was watching. Worked as intended and the pup enjoyed discovering a new way to let us know he needed some time outside.

They are good almost everywhere. We placed one around the child's gate in our hallway and on our sliding door on the side of our living room. Our pup learned after a few weeks with lots of positive reinforcement that when we ring the bells it's time to go to the potty and then started using it himself to tell us when to go. There were a few more accidents here and there which is normal for a young potty trained dog but she is now 3 months old and a total pro!

Great price. My only complaint is that they are too long and not snug enough on the door handles. You can adjust the position of the deadbolt so that it hangs on doorknobs, but still hangs on the bottom of a standard door even in its shortest position. Adjusting it to the shortest position will make the doorknob loop larger, making it easy to slip off if dogs bang in too hard, which they often do.
