There's no way to fix the plastic teeth. So if you want to duplicate a finish or perhaps get a profile for precision tile cutting then you will be disappointed and sadly disappointed with this tool! Easy to use, this unit is great for reproducing unusual shapes and angles. I can no longer blame tricky measurements for a poor fit - now it's all about how closely the cut follows the intended line.
