I really need a wireless dymo. I have for years. If I'm working from home, it would be easier to use my laptop so I'm not chained to my desk because of my tags. I understand that you often see bad reviews about this product. I own 10 other Dymo label pens of all types and have been using these products for 18 years (that's a scary remark). Let's start with the positive things. Looks good, clean and tidy. I've used other Dymo label printers, I don't need to learn. Installation was quick and easy (I have a Mac). The quick start guide is actually pretty good with clear instructions. Enabling wireless printing was pretty easy too. I use this with an iOS app and my MacBook Pro. I couldn't install the item. If you're a home user, you won't get a quick and easy install. I had to overcome so many obstacles and just pushed through and finally gave up. As already posted here: I have had a Dymo WLAN printer for about 4 months. It works fine until a new Windows 10 update comes out. The software will then tell you that your printer is "offline" (in fact, it doesn't currently have an up-to-date driver for the new Windows 10 update). It's hard to list all the reasons why this device really is that damn bad. Firstly, if you dream of importing information into the software, then effortlessly print a large number of labels. You are wrong. It's difficult to use. CLUNKY didn't even go into detail about the frustrating errors that pop up everywhere just trying to print a label.
