A ratchet was torn off on the second screw. I was excited to receive this. It was cheap so my expectations weren't very high but I was excited nonetheless. It didn't even come close to living up to my low expectations. It was a complete and useless waste of money.

Cheaply made. Tearing often doesn't work. Yesterday I bent two hex points and ripped off two set screws. I took the parts to the local hobby store and the first question the mechanic asked me was "did you use a dynamite bat?" Back for MIP set.

We got this set for our 10 year old to work on his car. Both have used them and I absolutely love them and am very happy with our purchase! I would recommend her! We use them with Traxxas Bigfoot and two LaTrax Tetons. The ratchet function is my favorite feature!

the lock on the driver broke after the first use, now it just twists in any direction. I didn't put a lot of effort into it. Now it's useless. Also very annoying is the way the bits are inserted into the case. You can't just quickly slide them under the elastic straps, you have to tilt and twist them hard to get under the first strap and then lift the bottom strap to get them in.

Not sure which Traxxas they are talking about? It comes with a useless 5mm and 8mm wrench that doesn't fit my Slash. It is almost impossible to put a tool in the holder. But in the end you make it. You have to pull the outer ring while pushing it in and out several times before it goes in. The ratchet variant seems to choose when to engage, often slipping the other way. I'm thinking of gluing it in position without the ratchet. I wouldn't complain but it wasn't cheap so I expected more from the

I bought this to work on my RC cars. Having owned the set for a while I HAVE to share the experience. EVERY BIT is the wrong size, so it's going to screw up the screws all the damn time. The hex bits fit almost exactly, but they are too small so they ripped off so many screw heads that I want to gouge my eyes out and give up the RC hobby.
