Fair product for the price

The dimensions of these blocks met our requirements but half of the blocks were missing a metal cover for wiring. That was really the only disappointment.

Pros
  • Many fit
Cons
  • Some cons

Will not replace an existing junction box

If you have a junction box that has failed and was originally installed during new construction, this is NOT the box you want to buy. It may be someone who wants to add a new built-in light

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Secret

Good fit, secure attachment

I love these recessed lights, the low profile is perfect for my home. I also like the screw terminals above the terminals. Easy to plug in, I use LEDs in them and they light up the room like never before!?

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Corn damage

Works well with built-in lighting

I am happy with these devices, they work well! They have the template needed to drill a hole and they also allow you to wire the bodywork from the room you are installing the light in before putting the lamp in place. I will buy this again.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Quality

Fragile junction box.

I enjoyed installing these recessed lights. Be careful with the electrical junction box attached to the light. When I installed the first one, I fiddled with the junction box a bit and it fell off. Just don't move the box much when installing the wiring. Otherwise I would consider them a good buy.

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Can't remember

Excellent banks. Although the price is not very good.

I paid about fifteen dollars a piece here on Amazon. just to get first class delivery to my customers home. I could just buy them from Platt Electric for about $5 less. The threaded taps are amazing and absolutely worth any extra cost. I can't believe anyone needed this faucet to make a better product. I would like three of these, they are easy to pull so be careful. Finally, one of the twelve I ordered was badly dented. Cleaning up took a few minutes, I had no choice and had to finish the job.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not sure

If you have experience with can lamps, here's what you need to know.

If you have any experience with can lamps, the key takeaway from my first impressions is that this is a quality and easy to install consumer/household replica lamp. via European cable connectors in a detachable wiring box in the housing that does not need to be attached to anything. The fixture itself attaches to the ceiling with two small "flags" that slide up or down in the can with a worm drive and a Phillips screwdriver. I found the template to be too small so be a little generous if using…

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Only use this version of Halo!

Only use this version! I tried another 6 inch low profile remanufactured version of Halo at a major retailer. I spent 3-4 hours installing three of these, fiddling with the clips, bending and loosening them, trying to apply force, etc. I finally gave up and tried to find another solution. I found this model and it is MUCH BETTER. Easy installation and great results. All nine caught fire within an hour. Each jar was pressed firmly against the ceiling, the screw top worked so well. without fuss…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Dear

My favorite remake jar

This is the first time I use this jar but so far it's my favorite. I used it in a 2x6 framed ceiling with plywood on top for storage. It fits perfectly. I had to move the insulation, and of course it's not on top, but on the sides. Very easy to install. Comes with a round template to cut a hole for a snug fit. It only took about 15 minutes as my wiring was already there. What I like best are the screw mounts like these plastic convertible electrical boxes. Simply turn the screws from the inside

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Long delivery time

If you have some experience with can lights the key takeaways from my first impressions are that this is a good quality and easy to install home/appliance conversion light. Wiring is done in European style. Wire connectors in a detachable junction box in a housing that does not need to be attached to anything.
