Not what I expected.

I really liked the protective nature of the case. I'm a track and field coach and I use a bag to carry my strength and conditioning gear (bands, straps, etc) so it's great to have something to protect your gear when it rains. However, my problem is related to the strength of the bag. I didn't see any weight restrictions or warnings about what the bag could be used for, but the strap broke in two places in the three months I've had it. I will have to keep using it but until the season comes I…

Quality dry bag at a great price

I bought this dry bag to replace a cheap bag that broke while riding. Very uncomfortable. However, the upside of this experience was that I now have this high quality bag and didn't pay much more than I would for an inferior bag. I needed a motorcycle bag. Something that allows me to stow enough gear, stay dry in rainy weather and securely attach to the back of my bike. I was able to test these elements driving from Dallas to Tampa - 1,600 miles in 3 days - in variable weather. I'm happy to…

50 liter compact but well tailored

Bought this bag as an upgrade from my 30 liter dry bag which is used for sailing regattas. The last was a full 74 hour race in varied conditions which meant I had to have room for multiple layers of clothing as well as weather, boat boots etc. Careful packaging allowed me to fit all gear and layers in this 50L bag. On board was stuffed, kicked, dragged, sprayed and showed no signs of wear. Of course this is the first real trip so time will tell but so far I'm happy with the bag. I went with 50…

Just got back from Frontier Waters in northern Minnesota and used a 70 liter bag for all my personal belongings. I made a good choice! I was a little apprehensive about how I was going to carry it in my trains, but prior to the trip I found that I could put my hands through the straps and carry it on my back. When I realized I could do this, I was over the moon with happiness. It was completely dry and incredibly durable. Yes, the bag is big, but the great thing about it is that the opening of…

Depends on customer service and meets

So. Bought this for a 3 day rafting trip with 3 buddies. They all bought dry bags from 3 other brands for the trip. At the beginning of the trip everyone was jealous of my bag and I was delighted with this bag and the company because of the bag itself and the price. All my buddies wanted to replace their new bags with the bag I got. I used this bag to strap on the raft, then unload it and get my gear out. Three days later, the seams on the shoulder pad came undone. Three of my buddies weren't…

1000 miles in the rain!

We stuffed one bag with a bed sheet and duvet, another with an air bed and mattress topper, strapped the bags onto the Highlander's roof and drove through the worst storm we've ever seen had had in it all year. Hours of torrential rain, freeway speed if we could handle it, we were pretty sure there was a soaked bullet instead of a bed. Finally we reached our destination, took out our bags and opened them to find a dry bed and linens. Okay the bags have a strong vinyl smell and we aired them out
