I am rewriting my original review. Initially I wasn't satisfied with this product as the part broke the first time I used it. However after contacting the seller they immediately sent me a new tent within 3 days and I am happy to report that the new product is working great. I will think that I had an isolated case. I was very impressed with the care and speed of the staff who quickly resolved my issues with their product.

It was a great concept for us, I'm a breastfeeding mother. As we live near the beach it is very important for us to have shade on beach days as I cannot sunburn my child. It does a good job of creating shadows. We thought it would be nice for privacy as well as for breastfeeding or dressing, but I don't recommend closing it on a hot or warm day. Great tent but with some caveats. We went to the beach 2 days in a row and here are the results. Day One: The wind was about 17 mph and there was nothing we could do to attach it to the Northwest Florida sands, so we folded it up and used our usual beach gear. We probably didn't need them. Excellent sun and wind protection. I took it to Aptos (south of Santa Cruz, California) last night and stayed there until dark to check it out after the temperature dropped and the wind picked up. The first thing I want to point out in this review is the simplicity of this product. I've never had a tent that was set up and taken down so quickly. So far we've mainly used it for short and long trips to the beach. That's enough for our family of 4 to stow things in the tent and shut out the world when we need them for a moment. It's the perfect size for two small chairs, and there's some space in the back where we could put bags or a fridge. I like everything about this tent except one big flaw. It is incredibly easy to fit and remove and after the retractable wire visor became unusable after a strong sea breeze this sun visor is of a much better quality and I know it will withstand strong offshore winds. **UPDATED 09/02/2021 ** We only used this beach tent 1 week a year during our summer holidays , and we've been using it for 3 years (so 3 weeks total) and one of the screws holding the frame came loose on the beach last week. We couldn't find a screw in the sand, but we were able to use one of our key rings to hold them together because the frames were still intact and in good condition.
