I bought these rotors for my 2004 Acura (Honda) TL 6-SPD. They're a bit noisy at low speeds, but I usually listen to music, so the noise doesn't bother me. The product itself and the packaging are of the highest quality, but the country of origin is not indicated anywhere. I hope they are made in the UK.
