Efficient And Durable 12" X 18" Self-Healing PVC Cutting Mat For Craft, Sewing And Scrapbooking Projects Review

I got this mat along with a rotary cutter for cutting multiple layers of fabric. I have been sewing for 50+ years and wish I would have gotten this years ago. It's always out in my sewing room. And I also take it to other locations if I think I will be doing any crafting. It really saves the underneath surface.Tip: Spring for the large size. You won't be sorry when you aren't having to constantly move your work.

I am a quilter. This mat is "not forgiving” at all. Could see cut marks, material stuck in them, could also feel cut marks on 1st use. This is not a good mat for quilter - it’s too soft. Disappointed

Despite any reviews saying it was received rolled mine was not, it was packed in a flat box and arrived in perfect condition, I was prepared to send it straight back if it was rolled.It's a cutting matt with metric on one side and Imperial (inches) on the other. Difficult to tell how it will hold up but, in my experience, cutting matts last as long as the user. I have had ones that were good for two years until we got a heavy-handed employee who managed to it cut in half in less than a month…

This mat isn’t anywhere near the quality of brand name mats, which is to be expected. It isn’t self sealing by any means but works exactly for what I need it for and the price can’t be beat.

I saw some Tik toks on tee shirt cutting and needed this to cut on. There were sets with wheel cutter, but individually it was more economical.

Good for using for small crafts I was skeptical of the self-healing stuff but it does seem to work after a while I can't tell why I was cutting it. Pic is after a dozen or so cuts with force.

I was looking for a size that was conducive for cutting larger pieces and this was perfect for making tent walls for kids tents that I make

I’ve been piecing and quilting for over 20 years and rotary cutting is the only way to go. Having a convenient mat is essential.

I really like this cutting mat. The lines on mine came off when I spilled some acetone on it, which is the first cutting mat I've owned thats done that. I wish it had more lines on the grid for every quarter inch.

As a gift I haven’t given yet, I can’t rate the product re it’s use, but it seems very sturdy. So sturdy that I’m not sure if it’ll fit in the recipient’s area of use. The picture online suggests that it’s flexible but it isn’t so maybe a different picture would be better.Otherwise, it seems to be of good quality.

I cut out a couple of patterns with ease using a rotary cutter on the Worklion cutting mat. I realized I can fit two on my kitchen island so ordered a second one. It's a bit heavy but does not smell of plastic.
