They are very thin and flexible. Very good value for money but installation is a little tricky unless your ceiling is perfectly flat or the light canopy is perfectly flush. Had to use tape on the back to hold it in place during installation. Also, peel off the mounting tape on the outside edges to stick them to the ceiling in uneven areas. You can spray any color. I painted Iron Black to match the color of the lamp.

Too big and too thin plastic to be attached to the ceiling or wall without gaps at the edges. Annoying to try to come back and not worth the hassle. It went in the trash. Not satisfied with the product or the seller. Just saw the seller's review. I see they were barely 60% positive last year. I tried to return it but they gave me trouble and asked for a photo of the gaps around the edges. Shouldn't have picked it up again to take photos. This medallion was used to cover a displaced hole in the ceiling for a ceiling light. Looks good, but the plastic is so flimsy that all edges hang about 1/8 inch from the ceiling. Glue was used to attach the center piece to the ceiling, but you can't get glue near the edges due to the raised design. This required several coats of sealant to cover and seal the gap.
