A solid rewards program solution that helped grow my customer base

The platform was easy enough for our team of 5 people to use, but we still had some training required before it felt like "us" vs them. However once we figured out how to navigate the system, everything fell into place! We are able to quickly identify which customers need more attention/incentives in order to drive engagement & retention - something difficult with other platforms. Our goals were simply better understanding who needed what type of incentive or offer (loyalty points) to help…

Excellent Marketing Platform With Great Customer Service

I like how easy it is to use, and how well the platform integrates with other marketing channels. It's not very intuitive for new users, but once you get used to it, everything works great! There are some minor bugs here and there, but they're fixed quickly. The team at Ekoma listens to their customers and takes feedback seriously. Great platform for event marketing - very responsive

The platform has been very responsive in helping us with our marketing needs, they have helped me plan my campaigns (using their analytics) for events across Europe as well! They are always open minded about how we can improve things so I do not think there's anything really negative here - but please reach out if you want more information or feedback regarding your current setup/plans etc :) If anyone wants advice from someone who knows what this industry entails it would be great contact them
