My poor dog had a few falls due to the smooth wood. I like the look of wood stairs and was worried it wouldn't look good/clean with the carpet treads. I was wrong. With the right patter/color it looks great! I did have a couple treads that didn't adhere well and loosened after a few weeks, but we just applied some store bought double-sided tape. I love the way it looks and feels and more importantly my dog confidently runs down the stairs, no falls!

These treads are thin carpet material with tacky glue strips on the back. They do not stay in place on hard floors and come right off after the first few steps on them. I have to replace them. Not happy.

These stair treads look great and are nice and thick. They make our hardwood stairs much safer to go down for both people and dogs. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because the adhesive/tape that came on the treads didn't stick well. However, I was able to fix them pretty easily by applying double sided tape from a home store.

We got these because our dog was sliding and scratching the wood on the stairs. Quality is good and I like the look. It was really hard to find something that wasnt prohibitively expensive but also looked nice but these were a winner. They adhere to the wood with 2 strips of peel and stick tape. Peeling the backing off of the tape without ripping the tape off the carpet is a little tedious but otherwise they installed easily. Exactly like picture so easy to install. So far they are staying but not a lot of adhesive so little worried about future wear

These treads are easy to install and they look great but after a few days, they started to slide out of place. (Placed on wood floors)

Looks better then I thought. Easier to install then I thought! Not sure about removing cause I don’t need to! That's my feedback.

These treads were by far the easiest to apply and have been very durable. They are very affordable and are well worth the money.
